You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am thankful for all the learnings which I got to know in the past two months at your institution. I am writing this letter regarding my experiences during the course.

To begin with, my overall experience at school was great as I was at the beginner stage in terms of cooking when I started and got a chance to learn from experienced professionals. In addition to it, not only staff but also the classmates did a wonderful job in providing a comfortable as well as joyful environment. Moreover, unlike begining I feel really confident about cooking dishes from various cusines now. Lastly, I Like the fact that institution also provided me with a training for presentation which i was terrible at prior to attending classes.

On the other hand, I would like to suggest one thing which I feel was lacking. School should start providing a baking course as there are many students who are interested in it.
