You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to give my feedback on my recent cookery course with Rosemary academy. It was a 3 day long course at the Sandhurst location and the course was delivered by Mrs. Richa Patel.

The highlight of the course was the teaching method. We were informed a day earlier about the dish that we are going to learn next day thus we come prepare for the class. once we begin the class Mrs. Patel would start giving information about the ingredients and how to cook the dish. Additionally, she would give person attention to all of the student and give suggestion.

Furthermore, after finishing the course, we were provided with a cooking booklet, which included different cuisines, recipes, steps to follow and some general information. The booklet helped me cook 20 new variety for my family.

However, if the academy should start offering Italian cuisine specific cookery classes. Since kids love the Italian cuisine, it would be beneficial to learn it.

It was my pleasure joining your institute.
