You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to give my review regarding beginner course of bakery that I did it from your institute.

I joined your school as a fresher without any knowledge about the cookery. It was really tough for a person like me to learn but the tutor Mr. Smith was really good. He had always stand by me and boost confidence in me that I can make the item. Not only the tutor but kitchen is highly modernised and utensils are of so good quality which encourage the person to give his hundred person even if he do not have interest to learn it.

As I have completed the course, now I can confidently say that I can prepare all my own meal as well as for my family.

Now I am really excited to learn further if there is any possibility for the advance course which can teach me all kind of desserts, please let me know.
