You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

I am writing to provide my feedback on the short cooking course that I recently completed from your school.

Firstly, I would like to explain the important aspects of the course. I enjoyed it thoroughly because of its practical sessions as they helped us to gain a significant practical knowledge. Additionally, I really liked the flexibility of the course as it can be delivered in different options such as online and in-person.

After this course, I started I cooking frequently. When my friends were around to hang out for a party, I cooked a snack that I learnt in the course.

Finally, I would appreciate if you could include some new courses from our nation, especially how to make a main course such as the Hyderabadi Biryani. Fu
