You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I am writing to give you an honest review about the cooking workshop that I have attended last week.

I was not fond of cooking until I did a short cookery course from your school. Within two days, I have learned so many Mexican dishes. I like the nature of an instructor. He was so kind that we were able to ask numerous questions and all answers given by him were very satisfactory. I like the peaceful environment and the cleanliness of a kitchen. I like the fact that it was all hands on rather than focusing on theories.

Since the course, I cook one dish everyday and till date I have make five Mexican dishes like Maxican Rice, Pasta etc. My family enjoyed it all.

Furthermore, I would like to attend your teaching class on desserts as I love sweets. Additionally, I think more people will come to this course because every meal is incomplete without a dessert.
