I am writing this letter to share my feedback about a short cookery course I have recently completed from your school.

Honestly, I have enjoyed every aspect of my experience such as learning to prepare a variety of dishes which are not only rich in nutritional value but also are very easy to prepare. We were taught to prepare popular food from around the world such as Thai, Chinese, Italian. It has widened my knowledge as well as improved my culinary skills.

Since the completion of my course, I have started to take a varied healthy diet. I have also offered my food to my colleagues and friends and all of them have admired my cooking skills a lot.

Therefore, I would like enroll in another bakery course in your school. I have plans to open a bakery in the near future. This course would be a first stepping stone in achieving my goal. Kindly let me know what are the steps to complete the admission requirements.
