You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Madam,

I am writing this to express my gratitude as well as to share my feedback regarding the short cookery course that you conducted last month. I really enjoyed the cookery classes. The staffs were superfriendly and cooperative. Moreover, they are highly experienced and qualified. In addition, the cookery competition conducted during the end of the session was interesting and informative.

I have tried an umpteen recipes since after attending the course. I prepared a 13 course non veg meals for my family of five. My family was highly impressed about my cooking skill. They appreciated me for taking the cookery course as well as for taking the effort to cook by myself.

I would like to request you to conduct some courses related to baking. For instance, cakes, pastries and cookies baking. Nowadays, the youngsters are more into baking because it's relatively easy. I believe, the baking courses will be beneficial for majority of population who are interested in it.

I am looking forward regarding your announcement of new cookery classes.
