You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

I am writing to provide detailed feedback on the short cookery course I recently attended at your cookery school, which I found both enjoyable and highly informative.

One of the aspects that I particularly appreciated was the exceptional support provided by the professional instructors. Additionally, it is worth emphasizing the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which created a relaxed yet stimulating learning environment. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen, which was maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness.

Since completing the course, I have been cooking more frequently and experimenting with a wider range of recipes. I have discovered numerous exotic recipes online and dedicated a considerable amount of time and effort to improving my cooking skills. Moreover, I have received considerable praise from people of different nationalities for the dishes I have prepared.

Looking ahead, I would recommend that the school consider offering an advanced baking and pastry course. I believe students would benefit from the opportunity to learn advanced baking techniques under the supervision of an experienced chef. In addition, they could develop their skills in pastry making and cake decoration. I believe this would complement the cookery course and provide students with a broader range of practical culinary skills.
