You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir,

I am writing to provide response against Crokery course which i completed now that it was such an informative and healthy program. The chef teachers were very experienced and their delivery style was so friendly and cooperative, no matter how many time we asked they replied very gently all tips and ingredients. I made so many friends and practice with them alot. It was such a worth it exposure.

I have learned baking, cooking continental and Asian cuisine, had handon experience on cooking the dishes, learned so many tips of professional cooking. As practice makes man perfect. I appreciate that at the end of session Teacher gave us a task to make each recipee by ourself and also healthy competitive with our colleagues. The duration of course was perfect, six month course was enough fo this.

Moreover, i suggest you to introduce one more couse soap making, which is very basic but as a starter dish it is very important to make all kind of soups.
