You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or madam

I am writing to give my feedback on the cooking course i undertook ,the course was an insightful pact i took as it has help in improving the cooking ability.

i enjoyed every aspect of the course, but what stood out for me was the baking lesson, i learnt how to bake new pasteries also the right measurement for each ingredients.i also enjoyed the ingridients sourcing class, where we learnt about how to source and identify both local and international herbs and species.

every since i took the course i have been cooking alot i even undertook a cooking competion in my neigbourhood

i would like for another cooking masterclass to be organized where emphasis will be plcaed soley on grilling and various grilling methods and participants can learn the various grilling range and how well an item should stay on the fire while grilling

i hope to get a positive feedback soon.
