You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or madam,

I hope you are doing well. Recently I have completed a cookery course from your esteemed institution. I am writing today to express my feedback bout the course and skills I have learned.

The best part of the program is its practical nature. Whole course is taught with practical activities rather than just providing theoretical learning. There were tests on weekly basis which helped me to develop excellent cooking skills.

Moreover, after completing the course, I moved to different city because of work. Since I am living far from my family, I am using my cooking skills almost daily. Learning such skill not only saves me money but also helps me to prepare fresh and healthy meals.

After the cookery course, I would love to learn making different type of coffees. I would like to reccommend you to add a begineer barista program in your school. As coffee culture in already booming, many individuals love to take park in such course,
