Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Amandeep Kaur and I recently finished my Culinary Arts course from Asra group of institutions. I am writing this letter to share my thoughts about my course.

My course was about six months and I really enjoyed it as it increases my knowledge about the taste of different countries and cultures. Apart from that, the instructor was so polite and friendly and the lessons were so interesting and practical. Additionally, I learned a variety of techniques to make different dishes that makes me more confident.

Since completing the course, I am cooking 3 to 4 times a week. I am experimenting different cuisines every week and my family and friends praise my cooking skills. Moreover, I am trying healthy food receipes at home and even teaching the basic dishes to some of my friends also.

I would like to recommend a baking course for some of the students who like to make bread, pastries, cookies and cakes as well as how to decorate them professionally.
