You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I'm very much impressed from the cookery course I did at your school. The tutors were very professional and the way they taugh is also very fun and enjoyable. I found myself much closer to cooking after attending your course.

Firstly, the introduction provided by mentors were very unique. The hands-on practical changes the overall experience. I learned how the food is being prepared, it is like a art to me. Moreover, after attending that class I started cooking a lot of things. For example, I made italian pasta then i tried burger as well.

I would like to suggest adding new cookery course related bakery, bacause I like eating a lot of cookies, biscuits and cakes. With a bakery course its going to be very easy for me to make those items as my home. I hope you will think about my suggestion and would offer bakery course as well.
