You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Madam,

Hope you are doing good!

I am writing this letter to share my feedback with you on the cookery course that I recently completed from your school. I must say it was such a great experience there. While joining the course I was so nervous as I never did any cooking before this but coming there and starting with my first dish it didn't felt like I don't know how to cook.

The staff was so polite, helpful, and encouraging. Being with them, felt like I am with my family and friends. I enjoyed their company. The thing that I enjoyed as well as admired there was the staff's efforts in guiding me step by step while keeping in mind my knowledge and potential. And ofcourse learning italian recipes was the most enjoyable part of this course as I love italian food.

Since, the course has been completed I cooked almost every dish twice that I learnt there. I am now enjoying cooking way much than before. It has become the part of my daily breakfast and evening snacks routine to cook a dish. Also, since then I started watching videos for new receipes and try them. I have also started experimenting on dishes.

I want to thank you for conducting such a wonderful cookery course which definitely given a sort of confidence to me as well as to those similar to me who didn't know cooking or was not confident enough. If you plan any such cookery course in future, I would really like to suggest a baking course. I love to eat bakery items so want to definitely learn to cook some of them.
