• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to provide the feedback about my experience with your cookery school. Being a proud student of your institute, I can certainly say that I really enjoyed my course as it provided me with the comprehensive knowledge about cooking and improved my culinary skills. The most enjoyable part for me was gaining nutritional knowledge about various ingredients because I can easily do experiments with several ingredients for creating fusion dishes.

You would be glad to know that I have been making basic food everyday at home since I joined the classes. Last weekend, I tried a few special recipes using the guide book provided in my course and I received appreciation from my guests.

Although I am overall impressed by the courses provided, I would suggest adding a separate course for health-conscious people. As these days people are following specific diets due to health benefits, it would be interesting to join a course which is specifically desgined based on dietary needs such as gluten-free or vegan food courses.

I am thankful to all faculty members for their guidance and support.
