You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

Good day to you. I recently completed a short cookery course at the Lushville cookery school. I am writing this letter to give my feedback on the course.

As a professional chef, I have always wanted to do a short gelato course. When i stumbled on the school's website, I knew i had to apply for it. The course lasted for 6 weeks and I enjoyed every bit of the course. I loved the ease of the ingredients calculation and how detailed the practical class was. The teachers were so polite and potrayed high knowledge of their skills, which was very impressive.

Since the class terminated, I have become a better gelato maker. I have also made gelatos on several occasions, for events and for my family. It has been a fufilling experience to be at this point of my culinary career.

In the nearest future, I hope to take the pasta course from the school. Since my last visit to Italy, it has been my dream to be a pasta chef.

Thank you very much for your time. I also appreciate the impact the Lushville school has made in my culinary career.
