Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to give you same feedback about the cookery course taht I recently attended at your school.
overall,I really enjoyed the course because the teacher are very friendly and eexplaind each recipe clearly. I also learned how to prepar new dishesh, and the practical classes were very useful.morever the classroom was clean and plasent area.morever.I done this course is we cook some gujrati tredistional dishes done this course.
However, there are many things could be to improved. The classes were sometimes too crowded,so it was difficult to get personal attenstion from the teacher. In addition,i suggest providing more time for practical activies because they help students improve their cooking skill.
I would like to thank you for oraganising this useful course.I hope you will consider my feedback and make the course even better in the future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
The response only partially addresses the requirements of the task. While you manage to describe what you enjoyed about the course, such as the friendly teacher and practical classes, and you suggest another course by mentioning traditional Gujarati dishes, other bullet points are limited and under-developed. For instance, explaining how much cooking you have done since the course is very brief and lacks clarity. Furthermore, the length requirement is not met, as the text contains only 140 words, falling ten words short of the 150-word minimum. To reach a higher level, you must ensure all parts of the prompt are fully developed with extended details and that you comfortably exceed the minimum word count.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation in your letter, such as the use of paragraph breaks to separate your enjoyment, criticisms, and suggestions, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are sometimes inadequate, inaccurate, or overused, such as the repetitive use of 'morever' and incomplete sentence transitions like 'morever.I done this course is we cook...'. Referencing and logical sequencing need improvement to guide the reader smoothly through your thoughts. To improve, you should use a wider variety of accurate cohesive devices and ensure that each paragraph follows a logical and clear narrative flow without abrupt shifts or repetitive linking words.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is limited but minimally adequate to convey your basic message. There are noticeable lexical errors, such as spelling mistakes ('taht', 'eexplaind', 'prepar', 'dishesh', 'plasent', 'attenstion', 'activies', 'oraganising'), incorrect word forms ('tredistional'), and awkward word choices ('give you same feedback') that cause some difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher band, you need to demonstrate a wider range of vocabulary, use less common lexical items accurately, and carefully check your spelling and word forms before submitting your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You display a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying mostly on simple sentences, and your attempts at complex structures are often faulty, such as 'there are many things could be to improved' and 'I done this course is we cook...'. Frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and capitalization are present throughout the text, including lowercase letters at the beginning of sentences and after full stops, as well as missing articles. These errors can cause difficulty for the reader. To improve, you should practice using a better mix of simple and complex sentence forms while improving your control over basic punctuation and verb tenses.
