Dear Sir,

Additionally, I made so many new dishes such as daal-rice, Dosa, punjabi subji and so on, after I completed this course. My freinds and family members are give me more compliments about my cooking skill. They like my food taste, smell, texture and presentation.

I also give you suggestion if you are also add some new cookery course like how to backing, steaming and all, so I would like to join again in your school. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three requested points: you describe enjoying the course and learning new dishes, explain that you have cooked for friends and family since completing it, and suggest further classes in baking and steaming. The compliments from your family give useful support to your account of continued cooking. The feedback about what you enjoyed is less fully developed, however: “lots of new things” is general, and the comments about the instructor’s kindness and your introversion take space without explaining which course activities or teaching methods were especially enjoyable. To strengthen the letter, give one or two specific examples of what you learned or valued, and make the proposed course more precise. The purpose and overall tone are clear, with some details still needing fuller development.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a clear overall arrangement: it opens with thanks, moves to your cooking since the course, then offers a suggestion before closing politely. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these main points, and transitions such as “Additionally” and “Please let me know” support the progression. Some connections are less smooth or precise. For example, “Your kindness was especially meaningful” shifts from course feedback to personal praise without clearly linking it to a particular teaching experience, while “I also give you suggestion if you are also add” makes the recommendation difficult to follow. Use clearer links between ideas and organise the course experience separately from your future-course request. This would make the cohesion less mechanical and the progression more consistently easy to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main points, including relevant cooking terms such as “dishes,” “texture,” “presentation,” “steaming,” and “compliments.” These details help make the letter specific to a cookery course. However, several noticeable word-choice, spelling, and collocation problems reduce precision: “appreciated for this good opportunity,” “food taste,” “backing,” and “complation” are not natural or accurate in context. “Lots of new things” is also vague, and “cookery course” is repeated. Aim for more precise phrases and check spelling, especially for course names and cooking methods. A broader, more natural range would help you express your positive experience and suggestions with greater flexibility.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, and the reader can generally understand your message. Some sentence patterns are controlled, such as “I am writing to express my sincere gratitude” and “They like my food taste, smell, texture and presentation.” However, there are several errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction. For example, “My friends and family members are give me” should use a consistent tense, and “your nature give me” needs subject–verb agreement. “I am very introvert person” also needs an article and a different grammatical form. The recommendation sentence beginning “I also give you suggestion if you are also add” is particularly difficult to parse. Practise accurate clauses and verb patterns while retaining some complex sentences.
