Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is often argued that life is happy to have a lot of money. People say that the orignal way to be happy in life is to have a lot of money. But other things in life can make people happy. In my experience people must having a lot of money makes people happy.
firstly, I have many examples of poor persons, Those having numerous relative and lot of friends but those are not be able to any kind of finantial suports . If you have money you also solved all problem . Money makes your life is easy and comfert.Without money you can not be able to move , any small step . But on the other hand some people having more money , they live alone they buy every things but happines is not avail. In market we buy many things but we never bought emotion and feelings . This is because emotions we feel with our friends and partners .
Secondly , if we have many friends and relative ,either sibilings, and want to celebrate any moment ,with out money how is it possible . So it is a life reality money is very important in our life.
To sum up with this life is easy and comfert with balance ,you have budget you can arrange different type of event to feel happy . if you having an accident you can handle with money , People are important because with out person how we enjoy our success . So both are very very essential but money have main way to be happy in life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both parts of the question: money can make life easier and help people organise celebrations, while friendship and emotional connection are presented as other sources of happiness. The contrast between people who can buy things but “live alone” is relevant, and your conclusion states that both money and relationships matter. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening says money is the main way to be happy, while the conclusion gives importance to both without fully resolving the comparison. Ideas such as financial security and companionship need clearer explanation and specific examples. The response is also 246 words, four words below the 250-word minimum; the 21 words copied from the prompt are not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: you begin with an introduction, use “Firstly” and “Secondly” to introduce points, and finish with a summary. The discussion also attempts to contrast money with emotional relationships. However, progression is difficult to follow because the second body paragraph mainly repeats that money is important rather than developing a distinct point about happiness. Connections between ideas are sometimes unclear, as in “If you have money you also solved all problem” followed by the contrast about wealthy people living alone. Linking phrases such as “But” and “So” are repeated or used loosely. Give each paragraph one clear focus, then connect its explanation and example in a more direct sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “financial support,” “emotions,” “feelings,” “friends,” and “success,” so the reader can identify the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several expressions are repeated, particularly “money,” “happy,” and “life.” Some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, such as “the original way to be happy,” “happiness is not avail,” and “feel happy.” Spelling errors, including “comfert,” “finantial,” and “sibilings,” also make the writing less clear. Aim for more precise phrases to explain how money provides security or opportunities, and how relationships contribute to well-being.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both short statements and longer sentences, including a contrast between people with money and people who have close relationships. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty. Errors in verb forms and sentence structure appear in “people must having a lot of money makes people happy,” “If you have money you also solved all problem,” and “if you having an accident.” There are also problems with articles, plurals, and agreement, as in “all problem” and “some people having more money.” Punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, especially after full stops. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using clauses such as “although” and “because.”
