Dear Atul,

I am writing this letter to you just to informing that out of all i like your preformance the best. Meanwhile, in my whole life i never ever saw this kind of music show and now it become memorable for me. I was fighting with my parents, while i was booking the tickets for the concert.

I feel very lucky in life that god gave me chance to saw your live preformace and i found you the same as you look in music vedio. Your voice is god gifted. It was very clear and nice pitch. Moreover, i found you confident while preforming and i want same confidence in myself.

My request to you is that i see you as a teacher in my eyes and could you please teach me or can you give me tips about music. I am also singing hip-hop songs for last 6 months.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three points: you praise the singer’s performance, mention your own singing, and ask for teaching or advice. Details such as “your voice is god gifted” and singing hip-hop for six months make the letter personal and relevant. However, the musical activities are only briefly described, and the request for help could be more specific—for example, whether you want vocal coaching, feedback on recordings, or guidance with performance confidence. The opening also focuses on the effort of booking tickets rather than developing your reaction to the concert. A fuller account of what impressed you and a clearer explanation of the help you hope to receive would make the response more complete and developed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally understandable order: you introduce your reaction, describe the singer’s qualities, and then make your request. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “My request to you” guide the reader. Some connections are less clear or feel mechanical, however. “Meanwhile” does not express the relationship between your praise and the concert’s memorability, while the sentence about fighting with your parents interrupts the main point without being linked to your feelings. The closing is also separated from the request without a clear sign-off format. Use transitions that show the precise relationship between ideas and keep each paragraph focused on one purpose.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the main message, and phrases such as “memorable,” “confident,” and “tips about music” are relevant to the topic. However, the range is limited and several spelling or word-choice errors make the writing less natural, including “preformance,” “vedio,” and “god gifted.” Some expressions are also awkward, such as “I found you the same as you look in music vedio” and “I see you as a teacher in my eyes.” These choices do not prevent the reader from understanding your admiration, but they reduce precision and fluency. Build a wider set of natural phrases for describing a performance and requesting musical guidance, and check spelling carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including “I was fighting with my parents, while i was booking the tickets” and “I feel very lucky in life that god gave me chance…”. The overall meaning is usually clear, but some errors in verb forms, sentence construction, articles, and punctuation are noticeable. For example, “just to informing” should use an infinitive form, and “gave me chance to saw” needs a different verb pattern. The request sentence, “could you please teach me or can you give me tips,” also combines two question structures awkwardly. Practise accurate verb patterns after “to,” article use, and forming polite questions; this will help you express your ideas more smoothly.
