You live in an apartment building where many people get parcels during the day. Your building manager, Ms Patel, recently asked people who live there to share ideas for making the shared entrance area better. You would like to write to her about a change that could make deliveries easier and safer for everyone in the building.

Write a letter to Ms Patel. In your letter

• ask Ms Patel to arrange for a secure parcel locker to be put in, and explain why it is needed
• describe the problems people in the building have when parcels are delivered
• suggest a simple plan for putting in and using the locker
